14 Creative Ways to Carry Your Casseroles

November 12, 2014 by AllFreeSewing Leave a Comment

As Thanksgiving gets closer, it becomes time to start thinking about how you’re going to get your family all under one roof with enough food for everyone. There needs to be so many different kinds of meat, casseroles, side dishes, desserts, and dishes to hold all of it, on top of all of the decorations to make your place look nice and neat. When you begin to realize that your kitchen may not be big enough to hold all of the family craziness, you can decide to move it to a community center or a church that has a much bigger and more comfortable space.

Dining and Kitchen Sewing Patterns

Having people bring food to your home or taking your baked goodies somewhere else can be a little difficult, though, especially if you need something to stay warm from the time it leaves your oven to the time it gets uncovered for eating. The perfect Thanksgiving dinner accessory is most definitely the casserole carrier, which can be useful for many more gatherings afterwards. All it takes is some fabric and a little bit of time for your dinner to be that much more stress-free. (I know we could most definitely all use some of that!)

Try these casserole carrier sewing patterns to make your Thanksgiving dinner memorable and successful. We can’t do much about your skills as a chef, but at least this gives you a way to bake a delicious casserole without having to worry about getting your car all messy or the dog getting into it. I’d say it’s a great solution to your family dinner needs, no matter how big or small the crowd.
