My main machine is a Janome. I have a Juki on my quilting frame. I have a more portable Janome that I take to quilt group. I have a couple of Singers on back up if I ever need them. Thanks for the great giveaway.
My Awesome machine is a Janome, plus I have other machine’s such as a couple of Singer’s, but they are very old and to me very complicanted to use for one reason they are not self needle threader’s. However I would love to have that brand new give away, that would amazing.!!!
I have Janome New Home 8000. I’d like an update that I can design things on the computer and stitch them out…who makes that?
I have 2 sewing machines and they are both Vikings. My Ruby also does embroidery. Because I like to keep the Ruby set up with the special foot and thread, I have the Sapphire for my regular sewing. I love them both!
I have two Bernina machines and a Bernina serger. I love how nicely they sew.
I have a 1982 model Kenmore that I love, and a Singer Stylist with more decorative stitches – my first computerized machine. I think I would like a 4-thread serger, and a higher-end heavy duty machine.
I have an old Singer that I found on the side of the road and a Husqvarna that my hubby bought me as a gift.
I have a Janome SMD 3000. This looks like a handy gadget x
I have a Singer. I like it because I’m used to it.
I have a Viking machine that I love and a featherweight Singer that my husband found for me! thank you!

I have an old Singer that I’ve had for years still works good
I have a Janome I ughhhuyuyuse it for heavier jobs , and a Brother.
Sorry the kids messed up my post. I have a Janome for heavier jobs, and a Brother I use for piecing and garment making.

I have a Sears Kenmore, 24 stitch, sewing machine that I bought 27 years ago. Still works good. I had it in the shop once to clean, oil and fix the reverse that stopped working. The shop person called it “old faithful”!
I am new to sewing. I have two hand me down Singer Machine and a very old Singer my grandma use to use.
I have a Husquavarna sewing machine that my husband bought me many years ago. He said they make great chainsaws so he bought me this. I wish i had one that was easier to use.
I have a regular sewing machine by brother and a serger. I would love to have one that I could get a lot of quilting designs. I think the most relaxing time I have is at my sewing machine; I have recently taken up quilting and I love it. Need a machine with more options.
I have a Necchi Supernova that I inherited from my mom…it is at least 60 years old and works like a gem. I love it…
The machine has came with a box of specialty tools/discs that can be configured to program the machine to embroider in specialty stitches…I have not as yet used that function as I don’t have a manual that provides instructions on how that feature works. I will be researching to see if a manual can be found. Should anyone have any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.
I usually manage to find old manuals online, and tutorials on how to do things eg I found a great tut on utube showing how toset up an ancient knitting machine I inherited. Good luck
I have a cheap Brother that I bought in Walmart. Does just fine. But one day I would love to own a nice big embroidery machine. Maybe the Dream machine 🙂
I have 2 Singers, 1 Brother & a Singer serger.
I have an old singer which I really need to update, I have seen this product many times and would like to have one. I know have grand babies and am ready to sew again but my machine is so old and need of repair, also need new and updated acceriories.
I have a Brother that is fairly old.
I have 3 machines: Pfaff Expressions 3.2, Kenmore lightweight, and my mother’s 1952 Anker.
I have my eye on Janome 8077. It has a few more functions than my current one.
I have a portable Janome but would like a model with more options.
That is a great video. She sounds so sincere and like she really wants to help you. She helped me with all the information about the kind of machine you should look for. I had no idea that the weight of a machine was important! I do not know how to sew but want to learn very much. I am going out to find the machine that at this point in time, I need. Thanks to this very knowledgeable lady, I will.
Thank you,
Sharon Green

I have two Babylocks and have just gotten two vintage Singers that run beautifully
I have an old White treadle machine in it’s beautiful (at least to me) cabinet that I bought in the late 1950s. It was ancient then so it has to be antique by now. I did use it until I could afford something better.
I now also have a portable electric Singer which I use on top of the old White cabinet for a base.
I am now 81 years old but learned to sew on my mother’s old Singer treadle when I was 8-10 years old and have always loved sewing. I sewed many clothes for not only for myself and my children but western style shirts for my husband when we square danced.
I have a Janome. Mostly I love it, but sometimes it gives me trouble and I wonder if I’d be better off with a different one.
I have been using Brother. Growing up I always used Singer.
I have a Janome Memory Craft 10000 with all its decorative stitches that I love, as well as a Janome serger and Cover Pro. This side winder would be a wonderful addition. Thank you for the opportunity.
I have an old singer peddle machine.
I have a brother project runway ce1100. I love it. I have a manual brother for back up. I would like to get an embroidery machine next.
I but am using an old Kenmore machine but I would love to be able to buy a new machine, maybe a babylock or a Pfaff.
I, like one of the other commenter’s, have a Kenmore from 1982. I grew up using my Mom’s Brother that still works 50 something years later and my Grandmother’s treadle machine. I dream of fancy computerized ones but if they aren’t broke…
Currently I own a Brother Innovis 1200. It’s an embroidery and sewing machine. I bought it used (and not well taken care of). I would love, love, love a Brother Dream Machine, but it isn’t in my budget. My next machine, also a combo machine, needs to embroider larger than a 5×7 field because I have 4 year old twins and an 18 year old son (6’5″ football player) and love to make things for them.
I have my Mom’s 1950’s Singer that we all learned to sew on, an Athena 2000, a portable Singer (workhorse for those jeans seams), a Brother270 that I got as a gift-it is the one I use the most for piecing, a bit of embroidery. An Ellegante, more for embroidery, but I do use her for my quilting. Would not part with a one of them, each has a purpose and a place in my heart.
my dream would be to own a Bernina but I own, use and like my Kenmore 27
I have a Kenmore embroidery machine. I also have a Bernina serger. I also have two antique Singer sewing machines that I love. I would love the automatic bobbin winder as having to stop and load up a bobbin in the middle of an embroidery design is very difficult. Thank you for the opportunity and the great giveaway.

All my machines are fairly basic brothers. I’d love to have a higher end brother or Bernina.
I have a Brother my daughter gave me. It isn’t anything fancy, but it sure gets the job done!
I had a old singer , it sure seemed fancy to me although other people may not have thought so , but it always worked for me
I have my mother’s White sewing machine.
I have a basic Baby Lock, a Baby Lock Ellure, a White Serger, and a vintage Singer in a cabinet.
I have a 30 year old White Jeans Machine, a 2001 Viking Designer 1 and a 2012 Viking Designer Diamond with a Janome 1100D serger on the side. Love them all, but, admit it……we all covet the new toys and the new features. Would love to have one of the Baby Lock “air thread” sergers. Arthritic fingers need all the help they can get!
Use my Janome 7700as my go to , have a Singer Quintet, a couple of Brothers and a Bernette for back ups…Best of all is my mothers 1968 White , the straight stitch can’t be beat and it is my 1st machine I started with. Love all my machines.
I have a Brother that I bought several years ago at Walmart. I would love to have a serger.
I have a janome sewing machine
I have many machines but my favorite right now are my Pfaff Creative Vision and Babylock Evolution Serger for sweat-free sewing. I have several old Singer’s (1898, 1929, 1970’s) that are workhorses. Love them all! I love all the new features and love to “test drive” them whenever I can.
I have my older Singer. That my mom and dad gave me for graduation. Over 30 years ago.
I have a Brother computerized embroidery and quilting machine and also a Brother serger. I love them both, but would really love a larger Janome or Juki embroidery machine.
I own a Brother – Project Runway. It’s a sweet hard worker. Dreaming of having an embroidery machine. How nice it would be to have a Side Winder especially when making quilts.
I have a singer, I would like to own Bernina.
I have a Singer, but I would like a Bernina
Been using a Kenmore (by Janome) I like it mostt of the time, but would like to have some extra stitches for fun work. And I would like to be able to machine quilt.Something bigger would be really nice!
I have a Bernina 730 but would love to get a 790!
Love my Janome 7700!!!! Machine quilts beautifully. Would love the new janome 15000!
I currently have a brother. It is several years old. I really would love a new computerized on.
I have a brother and a broken janome.the brother just is not the same as my janome.
I have a Viking Emerald machine and like it veryuch. This is my second Viking sewing machine.
My much beloved Pfaff Creative, age 24, recently passed away. She spent time in two different machine hospitals in an attempt to save her, but alas, her ancient early-days computer board sputtered and died, and could neither be replaced nor resurrected. It was a deeply emotional loss, as she had carried me through so many projects, both delicate and industrial-strengthed, and so many years of sewing bliss. I am currently sewing on my little portable Elna (age 40) and while she is trying her best, she is too light, too small, and too delicate to undertake many of my projects. I would love to purchase another Pfaff, a Bernina, or some other gloriously strong, fine, and gleaming workhorse to carry me through the next two decades of stitching adventures!
I have several machines but the one I use the most is a Janome 10001. I received it as a hand me down but don’t like that I can’t get it to sync to my computer to program to embroidery. I would love a machine I can embroider and make my own designs.
I sew for a living (custom home furnishings and doll items). I have a workroom with old, but good, industrial machines: Consew 105, Sewmaster walking foot (named the beast, she’d sew through bone) and an industrial hemmer. I also have older home sewing machines that I use, as well as older sergers! I love them all. I do a bit of teaching and love it. I allow my students to use my machines which is why I have some older machines from garage and estate sales. Sure would to have a nice NEW machine just for me!
I have a Bernina 730 Artista machine and I love it. It is the 3rd Bernina I have owned, starting with a 930 that I purchased in 1985 that my daughter now has at her house and it still stitches beautifully. My second Bernina was a Virtuosa 150 QE that one of my sisters bought from me when I got my last machine (730) in 2008. I really would like one of the newest Bernina machines with the longer arm but that is not in the budget….yet.
I’m using my mom’s old Bernina. I’ve been using it for almost 20 years, and she had it for awhile before that!
I have a Brother Sewing/Embroidery machine which only has a 4×4 field, and I would love to have a machine with more options.
I have a Brother Cs6000i that has got me back into sewing. As I get to be a better sewer, I will upgrade to a much better machine.
I have a Pfaff Quilter’s edition machine that I have had for about 11 years. I have been researching what kind of machined I should get when this one quits, so this is very helpful. I have really liked my Pfaff & have no complaints about it. It sews beautifully & I really like the IDT feature.
I have a Brother SE400, but someday would love a Bernina
I have a baby lock BL9. It sews great, but I really want something with a long arm so I can quilt larger items. I got this one last year when my old White finally quit and it was the best I could afford. It is just difficult to quilt on as it is pretty much a beginners machine.
I have a singer
I would love a Bernina!
I have a Singer Quattro, a really old Singer, an old Brother, and a Brother embroidery machine. What I miss most is having a treadle machine. A treadle was my first sewing machine and I loved it’s simplicity. It is on my wish list to get one again.
I have a Babylock.
I habe a bernina and love it for quilting and sewing, but would love to have a serger by bernina!
I have a basic kenmore.
I have several Singer machines and would love to try out a new Bernina!
I’ve never owned a sewing machine. I dream of owning one and learning how to sew! I have a baby girl, there’s so many things i can learn to make for her!
I have a Bernina because I liked the way it sewed and the ladies comments were very good. I love my machine! I like to sew.
I have a Husquvarna 1100 that I love. 🙂
I have two singer machines and a Brother serger. I have not found someone who can thread the serger yet, as hard as I have looked so I haven’t been able to use it yet.
I currently do not own a sewing machine. But, I would love one. Whichever will be nice. Beggars can’t be choosers. LOL
I still have my first machine, a Kenmore. I currently sew with Elna,
I would love to update to a new machine. I currently have an old Sears Kenmore.
I have a Viking machine. I love it for the engine power it has.
I use my mom’s Pfaff. It’s a great machine and I think of her every time I use it! Brings back many memories as she taught me to sew.
I have a Husqvarna Viking Quilters sewing machine, my husband bought it for me a few Christmas’s ago. I love it, I’ve purchased a few extra feet, a free motion foot and a walking foot, so I can do almost anything on it. Thanks for the giveaway, a Side Winder would be great!
I don’t currently have a machine but would like to get one with lots of different options + settings
I have recently purchased a Janome Memory Craft 6600 and love it!
My only machine is an Elna Heirloom edition, and I love it!
I have a Brother sewing machine.
I have a Janome machine. I was looking at Bernina and Janome at the time I purchased my Janome. I feel the Bernina is a wonderful machine and would love to own one.
I have wanted a Bernina for ever. I think they are great
I have a Brother now but would REALLY like to have a Bernina!
I have a Viking that is almost 10 years now but I think Bernina has caught my eye!
Heavy duty Singer.
I have an older Singer, would love a new computerized machine. Have sew many thing to make for my grand children !
None
I currently own a Janome machine which I bought about 5 years ago. I began sewing when I was about 15 years old on my Mother’s Singer machine. I’ve been quilting for about 15 years and can’t seem to get enough of it. I have studied and read up on sewing machines and, it seems to me, that Bernina is the top-rated machine and will stand the test of time being that it has a metal frame. Thanks to Bernina for all of the opportunities it affords those of us who love to sew.
I have two Viking sewing machines. The Viking Diamond I use to embroidery and quilt. The other Viking I take to quilting.
I have a Singer that was given to me as a wedding gift when I was married in 1974. It has been great to sew baby clothes, household items such as curtains and towels, it has been used and loved for all things. I still sew and mend. I would love to get something newer.
I have an old Bernina 830. I use it for quilting with a walking foot and mending. It is indeed worth paying a good price for a machine that will last like my old all steel parts Bernina 830. Don’t think I’ll ever get rid of my old Bernina 830. They did something right when making that great machine.
For embroidery and other computerized features, I purchased a Brother Dream Machine. It is very user friendly compared to high the high end Bernina machine that requires a high learning curve.
I currently have two sewing machines – one is a 1970’s era Brother that has no special stitches except zig-zag and the other is a Husqvarna that I bought less than a year ago. I am still getting to know it. Thanks!
I have an old Bernina I got about 35 years ago and I am still using it for mending. I have a newer Bernina Aurora 44o that I use for sewing projects and quilting. I love Bernina because it has been so good to me and works for my purposes. Thank you Bernina.
I have a basic Brother for sewing and a Janome serger that was given to me. They both work great. I sew burial gowns for babies in the neonatal units of hospitals in this area. I would love to have a machine that does fancier stitching so I can add some beautiful stitching to the tiny gowns.
I have a Brother xl2121, have had it for about 10 yrs now…it works great for me….
I love sewing , I have a Brother sewing machine It works very well…Maybe some day I will be able to get a new one … maybe as they say, a update who “they” are i have no idea. haha!
I have a singer and a brother lb6800… I’d love a janome or something equally better!
I have several machines-a Janome 3160 that I use almost every day. A Husqvarna Romeo that I used to use every day and a Singer Dianna that was my mom’s. she used to use it almost every day!!
I have a Bernina that I bought in 1978 and it was the top of the line then. I also have a Babylock serger.
I have a Baby Lock Enterprise 10 needle. Love it. I have a Brother pc-420 sewing machine.
I have a 1972 Kenmore (with all metal parts). It only does a zigzag stitch. In 2013 I purchased a Brother SQ 9050 with 100 built in stitches. The Kenmore has been a been a good machine, but I love the features of the Brother. Would love to have a serger too.
My everyday machine is a Janome. I also have one of the 1st Singer feather-weights, that was my Grandmother’s. {that one isn’t used much, my daughter will be inheriting it soon} In between I have a Brothers. Thanks for the chance to win a sidewinder, it will definitely come in handy.
I have a Singer professional & I love it!
I mostly use a Pfaff 1222E that I in 1973. It has been a wonderful machine but is starting to falter when faced with minky material. I have a Pfaff serger and a BabyLock serger, both of which are difficult for me to thread as my eyes are getting older. With 7 children and 8 grandchildren, I seem to do a lot of quilts, blankets, curtains, tablecloths, etc. for them, and don’t sew clothing like I did years ago. I used a Bernina serger for 4 years that a friend’s mother had and loaned me until I bought a serger of my own. Love the way Bernina is so well crafted, but if I get a new sewing machine, will probably go with the Pfaff Expression 4.2, as I feel very comfortable with the Pfaff machines.
I have a Janome 3000 sewing machine and love to sew!
I have a
I have a Singer sewing machine that is over 20years old I love to win the sidewinder
I currently have a Pfaff Ambition 1 but am not really liking it. It sews great but the reverse button stays locked if you touch it when not sewing and you end up going backward when not expecting to. It is also directly under the Start/stop button which lets you sew without using the foot control and I sometimes hit it instead and end up sewing fast forward (it doesn’t stop until you hit it again!) instead of making a back tack. I should have went with the Janome but I would love a Bernina.
thanks for the chance to win a great prize,i have my mothers old singer sewing machine, its over 60 years old, and i love it .still sews great, and has a lot of happy memories for me,as a back up i,ve 2,a brother and one from lydl, very happy with both.
I own a Janome MC 1200 and love it, I also own a Brother PR655 6-needle embroidery machine. Love it also. I have used Brother and Janome machines for the past 10 years. They are good products. I am sure the other brands a just as good as these, but this is what I’ve always done my sewing and embroidery with. I Purchased my Grand daughters each the $100.00 brother sewing machine. Believe it, this is a nice machine for them to learn to sew on.
I have several Berninas, a beginner Janome and a beginner Brother. I use 2 of the Berninas, the rest my grandchildren use as they are learning to sew. I really want a higher level Janome or Juki with larger throat space but not too many extras to mess up. Thanks
I have two brother machines. One is a small machine that I can carry anywhere. The other is larger. I love them both!!! Would love to win this giveaway!
I have a singer futura 2. It is about 40 years old or so and very temperamental. I would consider it a blessing to have any machine that works when I am ready to work. I enjoy making things for my grandchildren but it is difficult with my singer.
I have an Althea sewing machine my husband got me for Christmas but it too has a few problems I am not crazy about. I also have a Serger, singer, that I use for quick stuff, but am not pleased with using it on quilts. I have had less than favorable results with that. I would love to try your machine, especially if it can be used for embroidery. Hope I have a chance at winning. I just found your contest today and it looks like this is the final day 🙁 to enter.
The Holly Hobbie sewing machine I received for Christmas (1977?) is the reason I enjoy sewing today. Back then my mom wouldn’t let me play on her Singer. Surely I would, “Sew through my fingers,” because I was, “Just too little.” Now mom has an Elna and lets me sew whenever/whatever I want!
I have a Pfaff 1473CD that is quite a few years old but still in great shape. I also have an old Singer that is good except for being LOUD. If I could afford a new machine, I would probably choose a Bernina, or possibly a combination sewing/embroidery machine.
I have a Bernina Artista 185, A Juki TL98QE, a Singer 401A, A Singer Serger. the singer is what I use the most. MY Bernina I use for embroidery or fancy stitching. The Juki is on My Quilting Frame, for a new one Bernina with all the bells and whistles, I also have the bernina digitizing software.
Kenmore. I’d try something fancier bur in not sure I could figure out any of t hear new-fangled things they’re putting out these days.
I have two singers. One an old homemakers model from the ’70’s (I wore out the flywheel in the first year from so much use……these machines aren’t made to do 25 hours of sewing a week!!!) I later bought an industrial singer in the ’80’s that is made for long hours of work. I still have them both. The bigger machine for the majority of the work,, the smaller for the smaller stuff. I’d love one with embroidery, or computerized linkage.
I have a Pfaff 1229 that is 30 years old. I still love it and it quilts beautifully.
I have a Janome machine. I love it ☺
I have a Brother CS6000i that works great. I do want to upgrade to a bigger machine so I can pass this machine down to by daughter who has developed an interest in sewing.
I have a Brother Project Runway machine. It’s pretty easy to use and thread, which i like… lol… i am not a super sewer, but enjoy simple and easier projects. I really like craft making as well.
I have a Janome. I love it and carry it to the lake to sew outside. I wish it had a bigger throat. Thank you for the video.
I have an old metal White that sews like it’s cutting soft butter! I love it.
I would love own a Singer Heavy Duty Sewing Machine.
I love ky newer singer it sews so smoothly compared to my older machines.
The machine I am currently using is a Singer Confidence, but I have several others that I use on occasion.
I have a Brother sewing machine – fairly new with a ton of decorative stitch options. I will have my old White, as well as my great grandmothers New Home treadle machine. I also have a Singer serger and 2 Brother embroidery machines.
I love my newer singer it sews so smoothly compared to my older machines.
Well hands down I would love a bernina but if someone were to give me a baby lock I sure wouldn’t be sad!! However recently I was looking at a Janome for the long throat plate for quilting!
I HAVE 2 BERNINAS (440QE AND 880). ALSO 2 SINGER FEATHERWEIGHTS AND A SINGER 185J FROM 1954. ALL OF THE SINGERS WORK BEAUTIFULLY AND I USE THEM FOR PIECING.
I have a Brother 2500 Innovis and a 30+yr old Kenmore!
I have sewn on many different machines. At the moment I have two Brother machines. A small one to take to classes and a large one I am quilting on at home. Brother machines are some of the easiest to use!
I currently use a Babylock EllAGEO. iT’S BEEN A NICE MACHINE BUT HARD TO FIND A PLACE FOR SERVICE. i REALLY LIKE HOW IT SEWS THOUGH, JUST AS MENTIONED IN THE VIDEO! gOOD ADVICE.
I learned to sew on my Mom’s Elna (ugh!) my Grandmother’s treadle Singer & my Aunt’s Kenmore. I now have a 24 old Singer that i about offed with a jean quilt. Mom has been teaching sisters & I to quilt(better) so I am looking to upgrade soon. She has a Brother that we got her a few years ago and likes it a lot, and a Singer from a school sale that is still easier to use than the Elna. She does most of her quilting by hand! (Doubt this me!?) I am going to test a couple of Brothers & Singers this week. Would love to have a Bernina but not able to justify the expense yet! 🙂
I have a Janome, but looking at Juki with finger crossed! jarvenpa1ne at gmail dot com
I do not have a sewing machine. I would use one that is beginning user friendly, computerized.
I recommend Juki F600. Great for a beginner but has features that you can grow into. Service people in Georgia are fantastic.
My Mom’s Singer from the 60s, my Dad’s Singer industrial foot treddle he rebuilt for leather and canvas work and an unknown lightweight tabletop model I picked up at a garage sale
I have a Viking Emerald for quilting and I love it. I also have my mom’s Pfaff from the 1960’s. It was one of the first machines to sew decorative stitches by turning dials and settings instead of using different cams for each stitch. Now with the Viking, it is all computerized.
I own a Brother by default. It’s not a bad model but it was all I could afford at the time. I had a really nice White that I was given to me but due to a panicked cat, it fell off my sewing table. The only repairman in my small town told me he couldn’t get parts because White had stopped making machines and proceeded to try and sell me an older model White machine for more than what I payed for the Brother. I dream about upgrading but I usually end up spending the money on fabric instead of saving it for a new machine.
I cannot list all the machines I have, as I have been collecting antique machines for years. Every time a relative dies and I am asked “what do you want from the estate?” I always go for the sewing machine, so I have some real collector’s items. I have a couple of modern machines, too, but what I am really wanting right now is a Baby Lock longarm machine.
I have a Brother machine and also a Brother Serger, plus a BabyLock embroidery machine. I’ve used all of them in a sewing shop I closed in 2004, and am still using them. They have all given me great service; however the sewing machine doesn’t wind bobbins well anymore so the Bobbie winder would be so nice to have! Have a great day and thanks for this contest!
I just started sewing quilts for my family on a very basic singer machine, now that I have made six quilts and have watched many how to videos on you tube I see a lot of people use a Bernina. I would love to use one they make quilting look so fun.
I have my mom’s old Singer sewing machine & it still runs great! She & my nannie taught me how to sew as a child!
My mother gave me her old bernina machine, that I learned to sew on, when she bought her a new bernina. I also own a baby lock Seger but have only used it a few times.
I have aPffaf hobby 422 . and i would love a brother or a baby lock with the latest in embroidery and sewing techniques. thank you.
I have a Kenmore sewing machine, a Singer serger and a Brother sewing and embroidery machine. I was never taught how to sew and am learning as I go. It is frustrating at times and I wish I’d known about this site before now as it might have helped save some frustration along the way.
I have Bernina 140PE and Brother SE400. I’m in search of a new machine to replace my Bernina. What a timely topic!
I have a old Montgomery Ward Machine i received in 1978 Has a xmas gift and a simple brothers –they do what i need to get done
Wow! I’ve heard of the idea of a bobbin winder separate from a sewing machine, but didn’t think they existed. Yay! I am quite excited about having one. It is such a Hassle to be sewing along then discover you ran out of bobbin a foot back. Have to unthread the machine and wind another bobbin. Put it back in and rethread that little eyed needle that takes forever to rethread, then continue sewing. What a blessing this side winder would be!

I have a singer sewing machine that a friend gave me.
I have a Brother SQ9130 sewing/quilting machine, I would love to have the new Brother Dream Machine XV8500D
My mom bought me a Sears Kenmore Stitch 6 that I used for 29 years. Simple and hard working. My friends bought me a serger for my birthday 15 years ago. When the Kenmore died, I was doing more sewing for others and needed some expanded stitching options, so i purchased a Janome 8977. I would love to have a heavy duty machine with flexibility.
I bought a Juki F600 Quilt & Pro! I really I enjoy sewing & quilting with it. I upgraded from a basic Brother. I have a sidewinder on my wishlist.
I can highly recommed service technicians for Juki Corporation in Georgia. I get no support from the store I purchased machine from in Louisiana. However, Juki Corporation technician was able to determine my problems with machine via email with pictures, video & has mailed out replacement parts free of charge to my home.
I am using a sewing machine that I received in about 1973! It is a Singer machine that holds many happy sewing memories for me! I used it to earn money when a teenager,I sewed curtains for my first home, clothes for my children, grandchildren and now items for our retirement home!
I would love any one of the new machines out there to complement what I already have!
I have a Sears Kenmore that is about 28 years old and still works fine (in cabinet) and I have a Singer Quantum Stylist 9960 that I am currently using. I would love to have any machine that has the PDQ (precision dual quilting) that you don’t have to have the walking foot on to quilt. Like a Baby Lock or Pfaff.
I have a Pfaff Quilt Expression 3.0 and love it!!! I bought it 4 years when I was given found money… My kids expected that I would invest in a flat TV at the time (lol) but I think that they were beginning to see that I really needed a new sewing machine.
My husband just bought me a brother in-novis 1300; is anyone on this blog who has the same machine and would like to share their thoughts about it?
I have a treadle machine that was my Great-grandma’s, then a brother from 1969 still sews like a dream, then a Jaome Memory 10001 Sewing /Embroidery then a Baby -lock serger, But am looking into a LIGHT machine to take to quilting guild, and also a long arm quilting machine. So maybe 1 day will get them.
Thanks for the give-a-way
