Upcycled Heart Handwarmers

February 4, 2016 by Seams and Scissors 1 Comment

How sweet are these heart-shaped handwarmers from Swoodson Says? If you’re looking for an adorable way to stay toasty this winter, look no further than this easy sewing project. These DIY handwarmers are reusable, not like those disposable ones you can buy at the store, and the heart shape makes them a perfect little gift for Valentine’s Day – you could even attach a note that says “you warm my heart” or something (cheesy) like that. The best part is that you can make these cuties out of upcycled materials or leftover scraps, so there’s no cost to you and no hassle at the fabric store!

Just make sure the material is 100% cotton or it will melt in the microwave.
